These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Tea Culture Atelier Minori. By confirming an engagement, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
Services provided include Japanese tea programs, cultural presentations, matcha hospitality service, and related event coordination as described in the agreed proposal.
All services are delivered in accordance with the scope, format, and conditions specified in the written proposal or agreement.
An engagement is considered confirmed upon:
Written acceptance of the proposal, and
Receipt of the required deposit.
A 50% deposit secures the booking date and initiates preparation, staffing, and logistical coordination.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
The remaining balance is payable within 7 days following the event date.
Late payments may be subject to reasonable administrative charges.
Requests to modify the agreed date, venue, guest count, or program format may affect fees and availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes; however, adjustments are subject to scheduling feasibility and may incur additional costs.
Upon confirmation, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, the following terms apply:
Upon confirmation to two weeks prior to the event date: 50% of the agreed fee
Between two weeks and one week prior: 80% of the agreed fee
Within one week of the event date: 100% of the agreed fee
These terms reflect preparation, staffing coordination, and logistical arrangements initiated upon confirmation.
The client is responsible for ensuring:
Safe and suitable venue conditions
Adequate space for setup and operation
Compliance with venue regulations regarding food handling or heating equipment
Where required, coordination with venue management must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.
We will provide layout and operational recommendations following consultation.
All programs are conducted with professional care and attention to safety. Clients are responsible for ensuring that venue policies, local regulations, and event guidelines are communicated in advance.
Dietary or allergy information must be disclosed prior to the event.
Photography and recording are subject to the client’s corporate policies.
Where permitted, documentation may be conducted under agreed guidelines. Any public use of images requires prior consent.
Tea Culture Atelier Minori shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue restrictions, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.
Liability for direct damages, if any, shall not exceed the total agreed service fee.
Event details, corporate affiliations, and participant information are treated as confidential unless written consent is provided for disclosure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Tea Culture Atelier Minori reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Updated versions will be published on this website with the effective date indicated.
